TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When placing an order with Retro Deco Wedding Stationery, you are deemed to accept our terms and conditions.
Any variation one of my existing design is free.
Bespoke design will be charged at a minimum of £35.00. This may increase according to the time and resources involved in creating your design.
All my wedding stationery is made to order. Once a purchase has been made, I will keep in close contact with you via email regarding your design and wording, and will do so until you are completely happy with your order.
Proofing will be done via email. The customer is responsible for proof reading and checking all details. Please carefully check your proof copies before submitting your approval, as we cannot be held responsible for an error on any part of the personalisation which has been approved by the customer.
We will require the proof copy to be signed off before production starts. Any changes made after sign off and production has begun may incur additional charges. Any cancellations will require payment in full.
Delivery lead-time is 3 to 6 weeks from proof acceptance, but if timing is an issue, we can accommodate shorter lead-times.
We will ship your order via courier, typically £15.00 per delivery. This might change according to the size and weight of the package.
In the unlikely event of your items containing an error where Retro Deco is found to be responsible, please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.
